World Children's Day: the tragedy of children in Gaza
Since October 7, 2023, the Zionist regime has killed more than 17,400 children in Gaza and 170 in the West Bank, and more than 270 children remain in detention.
On November 20, the world celebrates World Children's Day, dedicated to the protection of children's rights around the world.
However, in Palestine, this day is a reminder of the large-scale tragedy that continues. Since October 7, 2023, the Zionist regime has killed more than 17,400 children in Gaza and 170 in the West Bank. According to the Palestinian Prisoners Society, more than 770 arrest warrants have been issued for children, and over 270 of them remain in custody. UNRWA Commissioner-General Philippe Lazzarini stated: "Gaza has become a cemetery for children."
