Five American lawmakers have called on President Joe Biden to put pressure on the United Arab Emirates (UAE) over their alleged military support for the Sudan Rapid Reaction Force (RSF). In the letter, the lawmakers drew attention to UN data that Abu Dhabi is sending weapons and equipment to the RSF, which is changing the balance of power in the conflict. They urge Biden to raise the issue at a meeting with UAE leader Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan on September 23.
