The U.S. Treasury Department has announced sanctions against Swiss lawyers Andres Baumgartner and Fabio Libero Delco. They are accused of managing Russian assets and assisting sanctioned Russians in circumventing restrictions, including transferring funds through Switzerland and Liechtenstein. This is the first time that Swiss lawyers have been included in the sanctions lists since the beginning of Russia's military operation. Earlier, in August, Swiss Anton Daniel Wyss was included in the list for organizing cash flows from Russia to Switzerland to conceal the owners of assets.
