The UK calls on Israel to comply with international law
The British Foreign Minister condemned the actions of the Zionist regime in Gaza and stressed the need to comply with international law.
British Foreign Minister David Lammy said that the actions of the Zionist regime in Gaza raise serious concerns. He called what was happening "extremely horrific" and stressed the responsibility of "Israel" as an occupying force.
Lamy noted the importance of holding the Israeli leadership accountable for actions in Gaza and reaffirmed Britain's commitment to the two-State principle.
The Minister also criticized Israel's decision to terminate the activities of UNRWA, stressing that this negatively affects both the security of the Zionist regime itself and the lives of Palestinian refugees. Lammy expressed concern about the high number of civilian deaths, including women and children, and assured that Britain would make efforts to prevent the annexation of the Palestinian territories.
