The President signed two new laws
The President has signed laws banning gambling for civil servants and restricting the sale of energy drinks from the age of 21. The new rules will come into force in 60 days.
Today the Head of State approved two significant laws aimed at regulating the behavior of civil servants and restricting the sale of energy drinks.
The first law prohibits civil servants, military and law enforcement officers from participating in betting and gambling. Violations of this law are punishable by dismissal.
The second law equates energy drinks with alcoholic beverages. Now their sale is allowed only to persons who have reached the age of 21.
Both laws will come into force in 60 days.
