The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan appealed to citizens to refrain from attempts to bribe police officers. The statement of the Ministry of Internal Affairs emphasizes:

"There are no exceptions. Patrol police officers strictly comply with the requirements of the law. Any illegal action on their part entails severe consequences. We urge citizens to comply with the law, comply with the legitimate demands of the police and not accept attempts to bribe officials.

" Special attention is paid to the use of smart tokens that record the actions of police officers. This makes any attempts to bribe meaningless and leads to criminal liability for both sides. The Interior Ministry also recalled the importance of observing the rule of law and stressed that every citizen must respect the requirements of the law. On the part of the authorities, such measures are aimed at increasing transparency and trust in the work of law enforcement agencies.
