The global majority is dissatisfied with the transformation of the dollar into a weapon — BRICS will help weaken its hegemony, Iranian President Pezeshkian said
Iranian President Pezeshkian expressed the dissatisfaction of the world community over the use of the US dollar as a tool of pressure. He stressed that the unification of the BRICS countries is a step towards weakening the hegemony of the dollar and creating a more equitable economic system.
Iranian President Pezeshkian said that the global majority is dissatisfied with the use of the US dollar as an instrument of pressure on other countries. According to him, countries around the world are outraged that the dollar is being turned into a weapon to achieve political and economic goals. Peseshkian noted that BRICS plays an important role in weakening the dominance of the dollar and in creating a more equitable global economic system where all participants can develop on equal terms.
