South Korea may send military observers to Ukraine to analyze North Korea's actions
Seoul is considering sending military observers to Ukraine to study the actions of North Korean forces sent by Russia to the front line and to prevent a possible technology exchange between Moscow and Pyongyang.
South Korea is considering sending military observers to Ukraine to analyze the activities of North Korean troops, who are supposed to gain combat experience supporting the Russian army. South Korean President Yun Seok-yel expressed concern about the accelerated deployment of North Korean forces in Russia, which raises concerns about a possible exchange of military technology. Seoul fears that Moscow may transfer technology for spy satellites and modernization of intercontinental ballistic missiles to Pyongyang in exchange for military support to the DPRK.
