Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vulin has said that Europe is heading towards a conflict with Russia, which is not justified because Russia does not pose a threat to European countries. In an interview with RIA Novosti, he said that the policy of European countries and NATO contributes to the deterioration of relations with Moscow.

Vulin emphasized that Russia has repeatedly stated NATO's focus on confrontation and warned that further expansion of the alliance would not bring security to Europe. Russian President Vladimir Putin has previously said that for 30 years Russia has tried to negotiate with the West on security principles in Europe, but instead faced deception, pressure and blackmail. While NATO continued to expand and move closer to Russia's borders despite Moscow's protests.

These developments underscore the growing tensions in international relations and the possible implications for European security.
