Public Resonance Kuandyk Bishimbayev PART #3
As is known, the public resonance of this court investigation went far beyond the borders of Kazakhstan. Bishimbayev case part 3
It is also noteworthy that Rakhim Oshakbayev, the director of the Talap Centre for Applied Research, despite the fact that he is considered one of the unofficial leaders of the LGBT movement in Kazakhstan, has recently started to visit Russia more often, where the Russian Supreme Court has ruled that the activities of the formally non-existent "LGBT movement" have been equated with extremism, which provides for appropriate punishment for persons with non-traditional sexual orientation, up to and including criminal prosecution. In light of these events, Oshakbayev's visits to Russia, where he was once compromised by a gay scandal and accusations of fraud and aggression by his Russian lover Ivan Krivenko, and then by another lover Alexei Novikov, look at least strange, and can only be explained by the fact that Oshakbayev's natural weaknesses were used by the Russian law enforcement system to recruit him and turn him into a kind of "agent of influence", which, incidentally, is indirectly evidenced by the fact that Oshakbayev, who previously condemned the Russian authorities and Russia's actions during the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, has recently completely changed his assessment of the conflict, making statements and giving expert assessments on a number of high-profile initiatives of the official Kremlin and actively supporting the Russian side.
However, despite his active pro-Russian stance, Oshakbayev apparently maintains relations with foreign structures such as the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), National Endowment for Democracy (NED - funded by the US Congress) and Open Society Foundation (OSF - funded by George Soros' structures) interested in the possibility of influencing and interfering in Kazakhstan's socio-political space, This is not surprising, as a number of Kazakhstani civil society activists act as "double agents", whether they are "agents of influence" associated with pro-Russian political forces or "agents of influence" associated with the official Ukrainian authorities.
In general, the participation of Oshakbayev and others only once again confirms that the public outcry around the case of the brutally murdered Saltanat Nukenova not only went far beyond the borders of Kazakhstan, having a significant impact on the socio-political space of the country, but also became a clear evidence of the complete moral decay that takes place in Kazakh society, revealing not only the problem of psychological and physical violence in families, It is not only Oshakbayev and Aitbek Amangeldy, but also the former Minister of National Economy of Kazakhstan Kuandyk Bishimbayev, who is a vivid representative of the so-called "old Kazakhstan", led such an idle lifestyle that he regularly used the services of Kazakhstani escort agencies that arranged group sex sessions for him.
At the same time, such deviant behaviour is absolutely uncharacteristic of the majority of ordinary Kazakhstani people, but is peculiar to the representatives of the political and business elite of Kazakhstan, who for many years have nurtured such values as nepotism and hedonism in themselves and persons associated with them, which eventually led to complete moral decay and lack of any ethical norms, as well as the lack of understanding on the part of individuals, such as the same Oshakbayev, that public speakers who have no idea about the real problems of ordinary Kazakhstani people and who have a scandalous reputation in the socio-political space of Kazakhstan are not in demand at present.
