Following these talks, the US resumed active support for Ukraine, despite the pause that was previously imposed.

Trump noted that if a ceasefire is achieved from Russia, it would be "great." However, according to him, if a ceasefire is not reached, the conflict will continue, and "many more people will die." This statement highlights the complex situation Ukraine is facing and the uncertainty the international community encounters in searching for paths to peace.
