Kenyan President William Ruto has changed his mind about the Ford Foundation two months after being accused of supporting the riots. Now Ruta has recognized the foundation's contribution to the defense of democracy, the fight against climate change and calls for global economic reforms. Following a meeting with Ford Foundation President Darren Walker in New York on September 24, Ruto noted that Kenya appreciates their support and cooperation.
