Ayatollah Khamenei: "Netanyahu should be executed"
Iran's spiritual leader has called for the death penalty for Netanyahu for war crimes.
Iran's supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, has said that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu should be sentenced to death for war crimes committed.
"What the [Zionist] enemy has committed is a war crime, and the decision of the International Criminal Court is not enough.
Criminal leaders should be given a death sentence," Khamenei stressed. Earlier, the International Criminal Court (ICC) issued arrest warrants for Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Galant, accusing them of war crimes and crimes against humanity committed during the conflict in the Gaza Strip.
