"Ansarullah": We Have Kept Our Promise to the Palestinian Resistance
A member of Yemen's Supreme Political Council, Muhammad Ali al-Houthi, reaffirmed Yemen's commitment to supporting the Palestinian resistance. He emphasized that Yemen is not afraid of threats and is ready to respond to Saudi Arabia’s potential involvement in the war against the country.

A member of Yemen’s Supreme Political Council, Muhammad Ali al-Houthi, confirmed the commitment of the Ansarullah (Houthi) movement to supporting the Palestinian resistance, stating that Yemen has fulfilled its promise in case Israel violates any agreements.
In his speech, al-Houthi emphasized that Yemen does not fear threats from the US and its allies and will strive for peace through strength and faith. He reminded that from the very beginning of the conflict in Yemen, American weapons have been used against the Yemeni people, resulting in numerous casualties and destruction.
Response to Saudi Arabia and the UAE
Al-Houthi also noted that Yemen is closely monitoring recent reports from Saudi Arabia, which, according to him, suggest the possibility of Riyadh’s participation in a future war against Yemen.
He stressed that the Yemeni army has significantly strengthened since 2015, now possessing new precision-guided missiles and drones, making any potential military confrontation extremely dangerous for Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
Regional Confrontation
Al-Houthi’s statement comes amid rising tensions in the region. The Houthis have repeatedly attacked ships in the Red Sea in support of Palestine and have stated that they will not cease strikes on Israeli and Western targets until a just resolution to the conflict is achieved.
Additionally, the Ansarullah movement considers any hostile actions by Saudi Arabia and the UAE as direct involvement in the conflict, warning of a harsh response.
Geopolitical Consequences
These developments could lead to further escalation in the Middle East, especially if Saudi Arabia decides to take a more active role in the situation. Yemeni forces have already demonstrated combat readiness and technological progress, making any military operation highly risky for all parties involved.
Washington and its allies fear a wider conflict, as Houthi actions could disrupt international trade routes and further destabilize the region.
In the coming weeks, further developments are expected, and much will depend on the steps taken by Saudi Arabia and other regional powers.
