Android has introduced an update that will make it much more difficult to install apps from third-party sources. Now, using the Google Play Integrity API, the system verifies the authenticity of apps, requiring users to go to the Play Market to download. If the user refuses, the app is automatically blocked.

This new policy will be especially difficult for Android owners in Russia, where many banking services and apps have disappeared from Google Play. Now users will face blocking of these apps when trying to install them from third-party sources, which will limit access to important financial and other services.
