The United States is discussing a framework agreement on a ceasefire in Lebanon
The United States has begun discussing a framework ceasefire agreement in Lebanon aimed at reducing tensions in the region. Today, American Special Representative Amos Hochstein and U.S. Presidential Adviser Brett McGurk will meet with Israeli ministers Ron Dermer and Yoav Galant to discuss the terms of a possible agreement. This meeting is aimed at preventing further escalation of the conflict and working out measures to stabilize the situation in Lebanon.
