Tashkent and Tbilisi Discuss Opportunities to Expand Cooperation
Saidov described the talks as productive and emphasized that Uzbekistan highly values its partnership with Georgia. According to him, both countries are interested in developing mutually beneficial cooperation aimed at economic growth and strengthening ties in various sectors.
Special attention was given to prospects for collaboration in trade, logistics, energy, tourism, and investment. Discussions included the transport corridor between Central Asia and the Caucasus, which plays a key role in regional trade development.
The ministers highlighted the significant potential for increasing trade turnover and stressed the importance of continuing an active high-level dialogue. Saidov expressed confidence that upcoming initiatives will further strengthen Uzbek-Georgian relations.
Uzbekistan is looking forward to further developing cooperation and anticipates new joint projects that will elevate bilateral relations to a new level.
