Sean Curran, who saved President Donald Trump from an assassination attempt on July 13, 2024, officially assumed the role of Director of the U.S. Secret Service. The oath of office ceremony took place at the White House, attended by President Trump. Curran, who previously led the presidential security team, will now oversee the entire Secret Service.
