Russian officials and security forces have been instructed to delete official correspondence in Telegram
According to information received from the media, Russian officials and employees of a number of law enforcement agencies were instructed to delete all official correspondence in the Telegram messenger. Similar orders were received by employees of the presidential administration, the Government of Russia, as well as senior officials of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
According to sources, such an order was also sent to a number of major Russian businessmen. So far, the exact reasons for this step remain unknown, but experts suggest that this may be due to increased security measures and information protection in the face of increasing international tension.
This step has aroused considerable interest among the public and the media, and various versions of what is happening are already emerging. Some analysts associate this order with possible preparations for important political and economic events that require an increased level of confidentiality.
