Russia asks Kazakhstan to help with air transportation due to lack of aircraft — Ministry of Transport of Russia
The Russian Ministry of Transport has started negotiations with Kazakhstan on attracting Kazakhstani airlines to operate domestic flights in Russia, as Russian air carriers are facing a shortage of aircraft. Transport Minister Roman Starovoit confirmed that coastal transportation is being discussed, as well as negotiations with other countries.
