Russian Presidential Aide Yuri Ushakov announced that on March 24, representatives from Russia and the US will meet in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for expert-level consultations on the Ukraine conflict resolution.

The Russian delegation will be led by Senator Georgy Karasin and FSB Director’s Advisor Sergey Beseda. The US is expected to send officials from the State Department, Pentagon, and CIA, highlighting Washington’s serious diplomatic commitment to negotiations.

These talks will continue recent discussions between Presidents Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump, where steps toward a ceasefire were outlined, including a 30-day halt on infrastructure attacks in Ukraine and Russia.
