Elon Musk in conflict with Poland’s Foreign Minister over Starlink
Sikorski announced that Poland spends $50 million annually on providing internet access to Ukraine and is considering alternative options. In response, Musk reacted sharply, saying:
"Shut up, little man! You pay a smaller share of the cost, and there is no replacement for Starlink!"
Following these words, Polish authorities began discussing the possibility of abandoning Starlink in favor of other satellite communication providers.
US Senator Marco Rubio sided with Musk, stating:
"Thank Musk, otherwise the Russians would already be at the border with Poland!"
The incident could escalate into a diplomatic scandal, given that Musk heads the US Department of Government Efficiency. If Poland decides to abandon Starlink, it could complicate relations between Warsaw and Washington.
