Russian billionaire Alisher Usmanov, who is under sanctions, will settle a criminal case in Germany by paying 4 million euros. This amount will be divided into two parts: 2.5 million euros will be sent to the state treasury, and 1.5 million euros will go to charity, Bloomberg reports. The Frankfurt prosecutor's office noted that Usmanov's alleged actions did not cause financial damage to Germany and occurred a long time ago, which contributed to reaching an agreement.
